'OpenLaneHub's journey began with a dream to introduce true Neapolitan pizzas to London. The Taylor family opened the pizzeria in 1985, bringing to life a small, intimate family business, infused with recipes passed down for generations.

Alice Taylor, our visionary founder, mastered the craft of pizza-making on a sojourn through Italy, receiving guidance from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. Upon her UK return, her resolve was to replicate that singular Italian pizza allure, adhering to age-old techniques and selecting only top-grade ingredients.

Our humble 12-seater has expanded into a much-loved neighborhood fixture, but our resolve in maintaining superior quality and authenticity remains staunch. We honor the traditional wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough freshly each day, and seek out optimal ingredients accessible to us.

To this day, 'OpenLaneHub' is maintained by the original family, with the Taylor's subsequent generation at the helm of our dedicated crew. Though we've incorporated some contemporary advancements, our essence is unwavering: to craft delectable, genuine pizzas that unite patrons.
